Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter for the TeraWave Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers to build engineering teams for ASIC, optical, RF, networking, and software roles. You own sourcing strategy and early-stage engagement across multiple markets to scale the workforce.

Responsibilities include developing plans, converting prospects, calibrating profiles, coordinating interviews, and communicating offers. A U.S. citizen or eligible worker is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent recruiting experience) is required.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting across engineering, hardware, testing, or IT.
• Experience generating candidate leads using multiple sourcing platforms and outreach methods.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans and strategies to create talent pools and pipelines for requisitions.
• Convert prospects to candidates via outreach, relationship building, screening, and initial interviews.
• Calibrate candidate profiles with hiring managers and adjust strategy based on feedback.
• Partner with managers in scoping discussions, weekly updates, and debriefs.
• Prepare search status reports and pipeline updates for stakeholders.
• Research technical requirements for ASIC, optical, RF, networking, and software roles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, panel logistics, and collect feedback.
• Communicate compensation and benefits details and hiring decisions.
