Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation seeks a Sourcing Recruiter to support in-house Physician Recruiters by identifying, assessing, and engaging physician candidates. You will create and implement sourcing strategies, and manage the candidate database to ensure a strong talent pipeline across Georgia.

Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred; collaboration with medical leadership to meet hiring goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience (6 years in recruitment).
• 1 year of recruitment or HR experience required; 7 years in lieu of degree acceptable.
• 3 years of recruiting or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience working in healthcare preferred.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field Required or
• In Lieu of degree six (6) years of experience in recruitment will be accepted Required Work Experience
• 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources. Required or
• In lieu of degree seven (7) years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Required
• 3 years of recruiting or healthcare experience Preferred
