Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation is seeking a Physician Recruitment Manager to lead the physician recruitment department for Physician Enterprise. This role drives the approved recruitment process, identifies qualified physicians, and coordinates sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and vendor management to meet organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of progressive recruitment experience (including provider recruitment) and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, including 1 year of provider recruitment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The Physician Recruitment Manager is responsible for the operations of the physician recruitment department for Physician Enterprise. This role is responsible for following the approved recruitment process to identify qualified physicians for Physician Enterprise. In addition, the Manager assists and coordinates the development of strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization. The Manager evaluates and develops improvements to the staffing processes, which include, candidate sourcing and selection, interview scheduling and coordination, candidate tracking, on boarding, third party vendor management, etc.
