KnitWell Group is seeking an Associate Manager in Hingham, MA to support the Manager across the Product Life Cycle, from concept to delivery, and to bolster sourcing strategies for product categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and agents to ensure brand aesthetics, quality and margin objectives are achieved.

The role emphasizes data management, timely PO processing, and active participation in weekly meetings, with a focus on problem solving and effective communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years experience in textile/apparel/product development and sourcing preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and deadline orientation.
• Ability to work in a changing environment and build collaborative relationships.
• Effective problem solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sourcing strategy for product categories and facilitate interaction between cross-functional partners and agents to meet brand aesthetics, quality and margin objectives.
• Oversee data entry and issuance of purchase orders per Talbots calendar deadlines with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Create, manage and analyze department reports including Time-action, WIP, and IMU-related data; drive calendar adherence.
• Collaborate with Distribution Center and Allocation to resolve quality issues and communicate resolutions.
• Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings and manage daily email communication with agents and teams.
