Job summary

WorkGenius Group in New York, NY is seeking a Product Management Associate to move products from design handoff to production approval. You will coordinate quality, pricing, timelines, and cross‑functional deliverables with Design, Production, Merchandising, and sourcing teams.

You will build and analyze TNAs, manage material positioning, BOMs and cost management in PLM/GFE and Airtable, track samples and POs, and help ensure sustainability documentation and milestone deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience or demonstrated capability in product development, production coordination, sourcing, costing, or apparel operations.
• Working knowledge of product lifecycle, BOM, technical package, sample tracking, costing, purchase order, and production milestone processes.
• Proficiency or willingness to work with GFE, PLM, o9, SAP, Airtable, and related product or production tracking systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, data-entry, and reconciliation skills, with attention to system and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional and external partner teams, elevate risks, and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support product development from design handoff through production approval, coordinating product quality, pricing, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Build and analyze TNA plans; manage material positioning, MOQ compliance, OTBs, surcharges, seasonal budgets, and chase/reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate costing and cost management in PLM/GFE, including BOM snapshots, cost flags, milestone submissions, and margin-impacts analysis.
• Create, maintain, and distribute BOMs, technical packages, tech packs, trim documentation, sample records, production calendars, and PLM/Airtable tracking information.
• Partner with Design, Production, Merchandising, Technical Design, sourcing, vendors, and raw-material teams to track samples, approvals, POs, sustainability documentation, risks, and delivery milestones.
