Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support the Merchandising team in developing and selecting merchandise across categories. You will prepare performance reports and assist with seasonal commits, PO tracking, and sample coordination.

The role requires 1-2 years in merchandising, retail sales, or buying, with strong Excel skills and an eye for fashion trends. On-site at least 4 days a week in Hingham, MA; on-site hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising, retail sales, buying or internship experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables sought.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist merchant with strategy, development and selection of merchandise across categories.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and analyze performance.
• Review seasonal commits by style, color and size with sourcing/allocations.
• Track purchase orders and inventory through receipt reconciliation.
• Coordinate samples for seasons and ensure correct catalog/photo samples.
