Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development & Production in New York, NY. Hybrid work arrangement, regular duties include overseeing development, cost targets, and production schedules to align with brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Production, Product Development or Sourcing.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to achieve seasonal IMU aligned to corporate financial objectives.
• Support manager to establish target costs and negotiate with overseas partners.
• Maintain Bamboo Rose system and ensure POs are released on time.
• Manage samples with cross-functional teams and keep on schedule.
• Prepare and assist with pre-classification and time-and-action calendars.
• Track development testing and liaise with product integrity on results.
• Create and maintain seasonal recap charts and departmental files.
