Job summary

KnitWell Group in New York, NY is hiring an Associate Manager - Product Development and Production for Footwear to drive the end-to-end process from concept through manufacturing within the sourcing strategy. You will ensure design integrity, align with the Product Lifecycle Calendar, and help achieve IMU targets while delivering quality, cost controls, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent functional experience.
• 2–3 years in Production or Product Development.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seasonal development and the manufacturing process to meet financial goals.
• Maintain IMU performance, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage purchase orders and revisions in SAP, and coordinate with vendors.
• Create and maintain style numbers and seasonal recaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend weekly fit meetings.
