KnitWell Group is seeking an Associate Product Development Manager to own and drive the product development process for Fashion Accessories, with a focus on scarves, swim, and cold weather accessories. You will support the Sr.

Manager across the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, collaborating with vendors and internal teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 4+ years' experience in product development or sourcing, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in Product Development or Sourcing.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive cross-functional team accountability for adherence to the Time and Action calendar throughout each seasonal lifecycle.
• Set up and maintain PLM systems for Collaboration Capsules.
• Daily communication with internal and external business partners; set up and maintain orders in purchase order software; ensure accuracy and distribution.
• Track, receive, unpack, distribute, and ship packages across the product life cycle.
• Assist in costing of product, analysis, and generation of cost summary reports.
