Job summary

Talbots is seeking an Associate Manager in Hingham, MA to support the Product Life Cycle from concept to delivery. You will assist the Manager and Sourcing teams, interact with cross-functional partners and agents, and help meet brand aesthetics, quality, and margin objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in textiles/product development/sourcing, with strong Excel and communication skills. Regular full-time at corporate office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years applicable experience in textile/apparel sourcing.
• Experience with product development and sourcing lifecycle.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Manager and Sourcing team with cost negotiation and supplier management.
• Oversee data entry and purchase order process per Talbots calendar deadlines.
• Create, manage, and analyze department reporting functions for IMU and schedules.
• Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings.
• Manage daily email communication to agents and cross-functional teams.
