Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. in West Chester, PA, is seeking a Sourcing Operations Coordinator to join a high-reach, high-impact team. This on-site role requires you to be in the office five days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM.

You will manage development samples, process incoming mail, prepare shipments and customs documents, and act as a liaison with the mailroom. You will also oversee sample storage and support data needs using FlexPLM, MicroStrategy and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming mail and samples for the DDGS Design, Tech Design and Sourcing teams.
• Prepare outgoing mail and customs documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Liaise with the QVC mailroom for tracking inbound/outbound packages.
• Sample retrieval and storage management and matrix oversight.
• Support data collection/validation using FlexPLM, MicroStrategy and Tableau.
