Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Operations Coordinator to support QVC and HSN across sampling and logistics. This onsite role at our West Chester, PA office requires daily in-person presence, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with relocation not offered.

You will manage development samples, coordinate mail and customs paperwork, and use FlexPLM, MicroStrategy and Tableau to assist data reporting for key business needs.

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming mail and samples for the DDGS Design, Tech Design and Sourcing teams and distribute to recipients.
• Prepare outgoing mail for shipment daily for domestic packages and twice weekly for international packages.
• Create all required documentation including customs clearance forms.
• Lift heavy items when required.
• Act as liaison with the QVC mailroom for inbound/outbound package tracking.
• Manage sample matrix to support digital content, Fashion 360, brand personality samples and buyer reference samples.
• Troubleshoot duty and tariff related charges with vendors and freight companies.
• Using FlexPLM, MicroStrategy and Tableau, support data collection and validation for reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager on ad-hoc projects.
