Job summary

QVC, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Operations Coordinator to support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The role is in-person at our West Chester, PA office, five days a week, 9 AM–5 PM.

You will manage development samples, coordinate mail shipments, create customs documents, and support data reporting using FlexPLM, MicroStrategy and Tableau. The position offers competitive benefits and a direct impact on product sourcing and content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage development samples and process incoming mail for DDGS Design, Tech Design and Sourcing teams.
• Prepare outgoing mail daily for domestic shipments and twice weekly for international shipments.
• Create customs clearance documents and liaise with the mailroom.
• Retrieve and manage samples from storage; support content production.
• Coordinate sample matrix for digital content, buyer references and vendor communication.
• Assist with duty and tariff questions with vendors and freight carriers.
• Support data collection/validation for reports using FlexPLM, MicroStrategy and Tableau.
