Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Experience in engineering, operations or industrial plant management, and wastewater or water treatment.
• Ability to speak the language of engineers and negotiate contracts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process for CAPEX and construction of wastewater and UPW systems.
• Develop procurement strategies focused on wastewater treatment plants, ultrapure water systems, and associated construction projects.
• Perform market analysis to determine should-costs and secure best purchasing deals for specialized equipment & construction services.
• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy and performance for major utility water systems, including industrial water and wastewater.
• Lead RFPs for capital equipment, construction packages, and wastewater treatment systems; place orders and resolve blocked invoices.
