Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, operations or supply chain management, master production scheduling, or construction/facilities management.
• 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree may be accepted for relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute equipment and services procurement strategies for construction projects.
• Perform market analysis to secure cost-effective purchasing for diverse projects.
• Create and negotiate contract documents with the legal department.
• Track spend and provide budget analysis to inform management decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract adherence and issue resolution.
• Present value propositions, cost reduction strategies, and supply issues to leadership.
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects and provide project updates.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to assess financial impacts of decisions.
• Create management programs to monitor KPIs of the supply base.
• Lead RFP processes for defined categories and internal areas.
• Place purchase orders and resolve blocked invoices; reduce transaction volume.
