Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in purchasing, planning, operations, construction, facilities, or related fields.
• OR 10+ years of experience across the listed areas within SpaceX’s industry.
• Experience supporting capital projects and complex supplier relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract management processes for complex capital projects.
• Create sourcing strategies to meet cost, payment terms, and cash targets.
• Lead stakeholder relationships to optimize value and drive cost reductions
• Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives and track performance against KPIs
• Define SLAs/KPIs for suppliers and monitor delivery, quality, and timing
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and contract development with legal
• Manage contracts to ensure supplier performance and enforce terms
