Join us as a Sourcing Manager at WPS—A health solutions company

We are seeking a dedicated Sourcing Manager to lead procurement activities within our Procurement Services team. This role involves managing sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships for both IT and non-IT goods and services across the enterprise. The position offers a remote work opportunity in select states and a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing supplier selection processes including RFQ, RFI, and RFP
• Ensuring contractual requirements meet business needs in collaboration with stakeholders and legal teams
• Developing deep category knowledge and leveraging industry best practices
• Driving cost-effective supply strategies and tracking savings
• Supporting business development for new ventures and partnerships
• Managing supply chain risks and vendor performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT procurement or contracts
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Deltek/CostPoint, Microsoft SharePoint
• Knowledge of FAR and federal contract standards
