What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sourcing Manager to support Custom Ink’s strategic sourcing initiatives. You will be a key player in optimizing supplier relationships, improving sourcing workflows, and ensuring accurate reconciliation and documentation processes. The ideal candidate brings:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
  • Industry experience within PPAI or ASI is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and supplier relationship management skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and data analysis tools
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration
Compensation:

We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.

  • For this salaried exempt position, the salary range is $71,000 - $86,500 plus a performance bonus targeted at 5% of base salary, tied to individual/company performance and continued retention. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and internal equity.

What you’ll do:
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with frontline supplier contacts to maintain quality and alignment.
  • Create and manage clear, accessible documentation for team procedures, onboarding, and supplier processes.
  • Provide market intelligence to inform strategic sourcing decisions and support product expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements and ensure efficient hand-offs across teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of promotional products, serving as a subject matter expert for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) partners.
  • Maintain and update critical sourcing tools and schedules, accounting for seasonal and regional variations.
  • Support Sourcing Leadership with error review processes, identifying root causes and driving improvements.
How you’ll be measured:
  • Effective management of reconciliation processes and error resolution.
  • High-quality contributions to process documentation, accuracy, and team training resources.
  • Strong collaboration and communication across internal and external partners.
  • Continued process optimization and identification of sourcing efficiencies.
  • Proactive involvement in new product sourcing and supplier evaluation initiatives.

As a Sourcing Manager, you will help ensure Custom Ink delivers exceptional products with speed, accuracy, and consistency. Your contributions to reconciliation, supplier relationships, and process documentation will drive operational excellence and help position the Sourcing Team as a key enabler of growth, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your efforts will also support a more resilient and scalable sourcing function that aligns with Custom Ink’s broader business goals.
