Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a world-class Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy for rack-level electronics used in SpaceXAI compute and network hardware. You will partner with engineers and power architects to define commodity strategy, craft rigorous SOWs, and push for on-time delivery and cost efficiency at extreme scale.

Based in Austin, TX, this role requires travel up to 25% and a track record of negotiating complex SOWs with hyperscale suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in business, manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering.
• 4+ years in global supply chain or electronics sourcing focusing on datacenter power components.
• Experience with datacenter power distribution, PDUs, busbars, or rack-level components.

Responsibilities

• Define commodity strategy and vendor lists for rack-level electronics.
• Manage end-to-end global sourcing and ensure on-time delivery.
• Negotiate SOWs and commercial terms to drive cost efficiency.
• Lead risk assessment for supply, obsolescence, and capacity.
• Collaborate with engineers and hardware teams across SpaceX clusters.
