Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy for rack-level cooling and mechanical components. You will coordinate with engineers, thermal architects, and rack teams to define commodity strategy, optimize SOWs, and drive on-time deployment at high velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years in supply chain/engineering, or 9+ years without degree.
• 4+ years in global supply chain or mechanical sourcing focused on racks/cooling.

Responsibilities

• Define commodity strategy and roadmaps for rack-level cooling and mechanicals.
• Own end-to-end global sourcing and supplier qualification.
• Negotiate SOWs and drive value engineering while meeting reliability standards.
• Standardize NPI-to-mass production and establish KPIs.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support supplier factories.
