Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a world-class Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy for rack-level cooling and mechanicals, partnering with engineers and rack teams to deliver on-time, cost-efficient hardware for SpaceXAI compute and network deployments.

You will lead global supplier qualification, SOW development, and aggressive cost reduction while ensuring quality and compliance, with travel up to 25% and on-site work in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing; 6+ years in related roles or 9+ years without degree.
• Experience in global supply chain, commodity management, or mechanical sourcing for racks/cabinets/manifolds/datacenter cooling hardware.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing for rack cooling and mechanicals, including supplier selection and capacity planning.
• Define and negotiate SOWs and commercial agreements; drive cost reductions and value engineering.
• Monitor trends in high-density rack cooling and rack mechanical standards; mitigate long-lead risks.
