Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Sourcing Manager for PCB/Starlink parts to drive strategic supplier relationships and cost management. You will coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to support prototypes, ramp to mass production, and continuous process improvements.

The role requires onsite work in Hawthorne, CA, with flexible hours to align with global suppliers. Strong analytical skills and experience in ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 5+ years in supply chain or 9+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with PCB, PCBA, or electrical components preferred.
• Experience managing high-spend portfolios and complex supplier partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing and cost management strategies for SpaceX platforms and new products.
• Aggregate demand signals for hardware to enable accurate forecasting and rate setting.
• Act as the supplier interface for RFIs, RFPs and RFQs and run the RFX process.
