Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a GTM Sourcer/Recruiter to support hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and other Go-to-Market functions. The role focuses on passive talent sourcing, building strategic pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience supporting GTM
• Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for GTM positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruiting strategies
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, networking
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, business acumen, communication, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain an exceptional candidate experience
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
• Conduct talent mapping, competitor research, and market intelligence
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Track recruiting metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance
• Partner with Recruiting Coordinators and interview teams to ensure a seamless hiring process
• Participate in hiring events and diversity initiatives
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through onboarding
