HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for hospital positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates from start to finish, with travel to local events and school presentations as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in high-volume healthcare recruitment, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
RECRUITER WFH (CONTRACT) RECRUITING (EXPERIENCED RNs AND NEW GRADS) - (MUST RESIDE IN THE HOUSTON, TEXAS AREA)
*Requirements to convert to permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently, conducting onsite, in-person presentations to students at schools, and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Will source talent via ATS system; phone screenings, extend offers, offer negotiation. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
The Recruiter – is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings.
**Must have reliable transportation to attend/ travel to onsite events/ school presentations. Recruiter must reside in the local Division/ Market of Houston, Texas.
