Job summary

KBP Drive-In, a franchisee of Sonic Drive-In, in Tennessee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll recruit, train and coach staff, manage cash controls and inventory, and ensure operational excellence across shifts. The position offers room for advancement within our growing restaurant group and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
