KBP Drive-In, a franchisee of Sonic Drive-In, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitability in Oneida, Tennessee. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring guest satisfaction and a quality product in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts and maintain a clean, guest-friendly environment.
