KB P Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee, in Wartburg, TN. You will lead a high-performing team, drive profitability, and shape guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, monitor operations, and ensure financial discipline while delivering a welcoming, quality product to guests. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
