Qualifications

• Must have Food Handler’s Certification.
• 21+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Detail-oriented with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of wine and sake lists and food pairings.
• Clean and maintain wine and sake service equipment.
• Manage beverage inventory and control costs.
• Assist with weekly inventory reconciliations.
• Meet with wine trade to seek quality wines.
