Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sommelier experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment.
• Knowledge of wines, vintages, pricing and service standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products, vintages, varietals and pricing.
• Comply with restaurant policies and service standards.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Manage wine inventory and communicate ordering needs.
• Assist guests with wine selection and wine service procedures.
