Job summary

Ci Siamo Boston is seeking an experienced Sommelier to lead our wine program and elevate guest experiences at our new waterfront Seaport location. You will collaborate with the Beverage Director and serve as a knowledge resource for wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.

As a Sommelier, you will educate the service team, guide wine selections for guests, and help drive a vibrant, guest-focused beverage program while upholding Enlightened Hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Sommelier or wine service role
• Availability for lunch shifts
• Strong knowledge in wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
• Partner with Beverage Director to create and maintain an enticing wine program
• Provide guests with guidance and suggestions of wine and beverage selections
• Educate service team on wine, beer, spirits, cocktail and non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver a financially responsible wine program that increases sales
• Demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to learn and grow
