Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service.
• Proven ability to grow sales.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own four walls and local community to grow sales and achieve EBITDA.
• Oversee FOH and HOH results and ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure CHARM service model is integrated by FOH with every guest.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Managers and Team Members.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and follow-ups with staff.
• Reinforce skills and leadership behaviors; identify top talent.
• Monitor inventory levels and address concerns with Area Coach.
• Create daily goals and ensure completion through follow-up.
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to meet sales goals.
