This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including growing sales, achieving EBITDA, meeting budget, and fostering a culture of accountability. The role involves recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and leading Managers and Team Members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Own your restaurant and community through sales growth, EBITDA achievement, and accountability.
2. Manage front of house (FOH) and heart of house (HOH) results, including Ecosure.
3. Ensure the CHARM service model is fully integrated with every guest interaction.
4. Communicate initiatives and tactics to drive sales and profitability.
5. Recruit, hire, train, develop, and communicate effectively with Managers and Team Members through daily interactions and meetings.
6. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and follow-ups.
7. Reinforce skills and leadership behaviors among Team Members and Managers.
8. Implement strategies to retain top Team Members.
9. Manage inventory and report concerns to the Area Coach.
10. Set daily goals and delegate tasks, ensuring completion through follow-up.
11. Monitor sales performance to optimize staffing and meet sales goals.
12. Adhere to company policies, wage and hour regulations, and manage funds, deposits, and payroll.
