Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain before training completion.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all hourly employees and their daily activities and time off.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and coaching to improve standards.
• Direct shifts, set hours, weekly schedules and assign tasks.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing food costs and inventory.
• Ensure food quality, sanitation, and safety per policies and recipes.
• Provide Front of House and Back of House training on Ruby Tuesday standards.
