Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage day-to-day operations at 2906-Greenbrier. You will drive sales, achieve EBITDA targets, meet budgets, and build a culture of accountability across the restaurant.

You will recruit, hire, train, coach, and lead Managers and Team Members, ensure CHARM service, and align FOH and HOH with company goals while upholding policies and wage regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years AGM/GM experience at Ruby Tuesday or another restaurant concept.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• ServSafe certification preferred or completed within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Own your four walls and local community by growing sales and EBITDA.
• Lead FOH and HOH results and ensure Ecosure.
• Integrate CHARM service model with every guest.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Managers and Team Members.
• Monitor sales and scheduling to meet goals.
• Control funds, deposits, and payroll.
