The role requires experience in system integration or project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop practical IT solutions for complex environments.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of networking technologies, cloud environments, servers, security solutions, or programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer business needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Create solution strategies based on system integration, network integration, or project management.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to design customer solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and sales terms.
• Prepare sales and contract documentation.
• Coordinate application system and network infrastructure implementation projects.
• Manage implementation schedules with internal engineering teams and external partners.
• Support troubleshooting activities for customer environments.
• Maintain long-term customer and partner relationships.
• Track customer information using internal systems.
• Report sales activities to management.
• Research new markets and identify potential customers.
