Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a Solutions Productization Manager to join our Applied Solutions Organization. This role balances engineering, leadership, mentorship and problem solving as liaison between sales, systems engineering and customers to turn market dynamics into lab-ready solutions.

You will own the strategic vision and commercialization of the ASO portfolio, identify opportunities to standardize complex system integrations into repeatable offerings, define market positioning, and lead

Qualifications

• 15+ years of customer-facing System Engineering experience.
• Strong internal and external customer management and service skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Domestic and/or Overseas Travel >50%.

Responsibilities

• Build a go to market plan for diverse, customized solutions.
• Develop a capabilities portfolio for sales and customers.
• Engage with customers and advocate our solutions in the marketplace.
• Collaborate across sales, systems architecture, engineering, design, production, contracts.
• Develop sales collateral for products and services.
• Meet with sales teams regularly to update capabilities.
