Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Solutions Product Lifecycle Manager to define and manage the product portfolio, strategy, and roadmaps for scalable assemblies and services. You will bridge technology and business, guiding budgets, resources, and cross-functional collaboration across Solutions Engineering and PLM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in a technical role involving product development or project management.
• Experience with electrical enclosures, skid fabrication, or related assemblies.
• Knowledge of NEC, IBC, and market standards; ability to travel up to 25%.
• Familiarity with PLM processes and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic development and lifecycle of the product portfolio.
• Propose budgets and allocate resources for portfolio management.
• Coordinate with Solutions Engineering and broader PLM teams on roadmaps and status.
• Develop functional requirements for integrated SKIDs and enclosures and ensure certifications.
• Lead design development meetings and ensure lessons learned are applied.
