Siemens is seeking a Solutions Operations Supervisor - Building Automation to lead a diverse installation team in the Syracuse and Albany NY areas. The role focuses on delivering projects from planning through commissioning, while driving revenue and gross margins to meet a $7 million annual target.

You will guide technical delivery, coordinate with engineering and execution teams, and travel about 10% within the branch area as needed.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or GED.
8+ years of BAS experience in systems startup and commissioning.
Experience with BACnet and Modbus.
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

Supervise the activities and performance of solutions installation team.
Ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed as planned and within cost estimates.
Perform installation activities where/when required.
Promote and ensure implementation of productivity tools, standards, and best practices.
Lead continuous improvement activities and plan staffing for timely execution.
Provide monthly labor forecast and review project financials to maintain margins.
Mentor and coach field personnel and be the lead technical resource.
