• Ability to communicate with all levels of clinical staff to explain benefits and workflow changes.
• Strong coordination and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in the clinical space, drive system builds and solution deployment.
• Coordinate process training and manage allocated resources during implementation.
• Identify workflow improvements, align with business leaders and operational counterparts.
• Provide guidance on road-mapping, impact assessment and governance.
