Job summary

You will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to tailor solutions, prepare quotes, support installation, and travel up to 60% to customer sites and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline; or 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of bearing types and failure modes, shaft alignment, load calculations, lubrication, gearboxes, motors, drives, and power transmission systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs through consultative selling, site visits, equipment evaluations and application analysis.
• Present technical and product solutions based on application specifications within bearing and drive solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that clearly communicate product value, performance benefits and ROI.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to design custom or modified solutions and prepare sales quotes for customers.
• Support customers during installation, troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring proper product selection and performance.
• Participate in trade shows, training sessions and customer seminars to promote company capabilities and strengthen market presence.
