Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, field service, machining, industrial maintenance, or technical sales.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand challenges and deliver tailored engineering solutions.
• Develop quotes, estimates, and technical scopes of work that win business.
• Showcase IPM’s capabilities and value through presentations and on-site visits.
• Review drawings, assess job sites, and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Build long-term relationships with customers across diverse industries.
• Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and marketing to expand market reach.
