Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to work with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop technical solutions in bearing and power transmission systems. You will translate concepts into customer-focused solutions and present ROI-focused proposals.

Role requires engineering background, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 60%. Expect collaboration with Engineering to tailor solutions and support throughout installation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years in a related technical role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and site visits.
• Present technical and product solutions based on application specs within bearing and drive systems.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations communicating product value and ROI.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to design custom solutions and prepare quotes.
• Support customers during installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Participate in trade shows, training sessions and customer seminars.
