Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent sales experience.
• 2+ years working in an office environment in a customer service and/or sales role.
• Proficiency in PC applications and ERP/CRM systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to learn product lines quickly.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and process inbound quotes and orders.
• Provide quotes and process orders from entry to shipment and billing.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data and collaborate with Outside Sales.
• Support multiple departments and cross-train as needed.
• Enter required information accurately into ERP/CRM and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with other teams to expedite processes and resolve issues.
• Address customer questions and issues with a proactive approach.
