Verkada is hiring a Solutions Engineering Manager for Select & Territory, located onsite in Tempe. You will lead and grow high-performing SE teams, coach on complex solutions, and drive cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, and marketing.

We seek a proven technical leader with 3+ years in presales and experience at cloud/network infrastructure companies. This role is full-time onsite in Tempe, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading technical presales teams in a similar company.
• Experience at cloud and network infrastructure-focused company with hardware/software exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow Select & Territory Solutions Engineering teams.
• Coach and mentor on technical escalations and complex solutions.
• Identify gaps and build programs to support the SE team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, support, enablement, and marketing.
• Foster career growth through coaching and enablement.
• Travel up to 25%.
