• POC execution: lead complex proofs-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value.
• Technical architecture: translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
• Cross-functional partnership: collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering to ensure smooth post-sales onboarding.
• Market influence: support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer (EMEA) at Quantum Metric, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor supporting complex, high-value sales opportunities across the region. Working in close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives, you will engage with large, multinational organizations to help them transform how they understand and optimize digital customer experiences. In this role, you will guide the technical strategy for enterprise deals, aligning Quantum Metric’s platform with strategic business initiatives. You will connect with diverse audiences—from digital and product teams to C-level executives—positioning Quantum Metric as a critical component of enterprise digital transformation.

Requirements

• Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in English and German ; additional European languages preferred. Experi
