Emerson is seeking a technical liaison to bridge the sales channel with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering. You will advise on product applicability and installation practices, assist with sizing and pricing, and help optimize margins while addressing common product issues.

The role includes evaluating ETO/MTO solutions, preparing quotations, and developing training for the sales team, colleagues, and customers. Domestic and international travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%).
• Experience in customer-facing, service-related, inside sales, or technical sales roles preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Function as a liaison between the sales channel and other internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Engineering).
• Cultivate effective customer and sales channel relationships while partnering with collaborators.
• Provide technical assistance to the sales channel concerning product applicability and installation practices.
• Support with sizing/selection, list price generation, and optimized margin.
• Analyze common product problems and communicate solutions.
• Evaluate engineered to order (ETO) and made to order (MTO) solutions including quotation submittal and quoted price point.
• Develop and conduct various product training to the sales channel, employees, and customers.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams and promote a shared consciousness.
