Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a technically adept solutions advocate to drive product demonstrations for small to medium businesses. You will bridge PrismHR products with client needs, maintain demo environments, and support Customer Growth teams with compelling proof points.

The role emphasizes building demo content, updating talk tracks, and collaborating with Senior Sales Engineers to learn new PrismHR and reseller products for effective client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of technical solution presentations.
• 1+ years of HCM experience including payroll, benefits, or time and attendance software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products to SMB prospects.
• Lead demonstrations for Customer Growth/Success Managers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to improve processes and share knowledge.
• Create and maintain demo scripts and sandbox environments.
