Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a dynamic presenter to demonstrate PrismHR products to SMB prospects and support Customer Growth/Success teams. You will maintain demo environments, craft content, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to improve processes and messaging.

The role requires strong public speaking, relationship-building and the ability to translate product features into business value for clients. Onsite at the Chandler, AZ office with potential remote elements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; additional degree(s) ok.
• 1+ years of technical solution presentations preferred.
• 1+ years of HCM experience including payroll, recruitment or time and attendance software.
• Demo2Win or similar certification is preferred.
• Understanding PrismHR and target industries (PEO/ASO/HCM, payroll, staffing) is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products to SMB prospects.
• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products for Customer Growth/Success Managers.
• Create and maintain demo scripts and outlines for new products.
• Deliver remote and onsite product presentations focusing on business value.
