Job summary

PrismHR seeks a dynamic role focused on demonstrating PrismHR products to small and mid-sized businesses. You will support Customer Growth/Success teams, maintain demo environments, and create compelling content to show value and win new clients.

The position requires strong public speaking, relationship-building, and cross-team collaboration to tailor demonstrations to client needs and drive adoption of PrismHR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of technical solution presentations preferred.
• 1+ years of HCM experience including benefits, payroll, recruitment or time and attendance software is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products to SMB prospects.
• Lead demonstrations of PrismHR products for Customer Growth/Success Managers.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve processes and provide valuable support.
• Assist in creation/maintenance of demo scripts and outlines for new products.
