Qualifications

• Technical foundation in IT, cybersecurity, or engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Confident and capable presenter eager to develop these skills further.

Responsibilities

• Shadow customer calls and help develop presentation materials.
• Collaborate with peers to build knowledge resources for future engineers.
• Present technical concepts to customers and help uncover their needs.
• Lead and participate in training activities to onboard new Fellows.
• Engage with Splunk teams to ensure long-term customer success.
